SUPPLY CHAIN expertise
I have worked for the last seven years as a Senior Leader at Burberry HQ in London. I started at Burberry leading the Material Engineering Team and then the Quality & Manufacturing Standardization Team. For the last three years, I was managing Industrialisation of Materials.
Prior to Burberry, I worked for three years at Aubade, a luxury French lingerie brand, as the Head of Innovation and Sourcing. Prior to Aubade, I spent six years as a Quality Engineer at Carrefour HQ in Paris, managing technical and social audits and quality for the company’s Turkish, Moroccan and Spanish Offices.
I have a master’s degree in Textile Engineering and have taken the year-long “Supply Chain Future Leaders” program with SCM World.
I have been invited to participate in the 2018 Board of Directors annual meeting of UL testing laboratory in Milan and the 2019 Advisory Board Meeting of 37,5/Cocona (Innovative technology) in Amsterdam.
I speak French, English and Italian fluently. On a personal level, I have played rugby for 15 years at semi-professional level.
I hold a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a diploma in Business Executive and Senior leaders Coaching and Mentoring Level 7 from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). I am also a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
I use my coaching and NLP skills in my daily activity with my clients, my team and partners. At Burberry I set up a “Mentoring Culture” with a tribe of 30 Mentors and Mentees. I have applied these NPL skills on a daily basis to my global team to unlock their potential; setting objectives aligned to their values, motivating them and improving their communication skills.
I also mentored several people one-on-one at Burberry on personal development, career development, self-motivation and beliefs in order to develop future leaders (to "pass the ball").
I contributed to developing and hosting well-being and energy sessions for the Burberry supply chain group. During time at home (during COVID-19), I supported Burberry team members by animating a weekly webinar (on zoom) about personal development and how to deal with uncertainty.
I bring my training and experience in NLP and Coaching to every part of my consulting, whether that is mentoring, teaching or coaching.
